The Bridge cares and commits to being a leader in corporate responsibility. Our business principles and code of conduct define our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect for diversity. These values are at the heart of how we manage our business and are translated into specific requirements through a set of company-wide commitments and standards that define how we operate in a socially and environmentally responsible way. It's not just corporate responsibility; it's doing the right thing.

For us, leadership is about more than our se vices; it's about making a difference - not just in the marketplace, but also in the workplace, in the environment and in the community. The Bridge actively promotes a greener world and supports the world environment day. While we champion a world of understanding through our world class programs, we do it by respecting the environment by taking an integrated approach employing new ways of operating. We continuously look for ways to reduce the environmental impact of our operations, products and services.

We constantly look for ways to reduce waste and promote a greener environment. Some of the methods we employ include - The Bridge's marketing and learning materials are all printed in 50% recycled materials. 85% by end of 2014. Managing wastage from our operations is important and is our direct responsibility. We promote paperless transactions through the use of technology. For instance, in 2009, all payslips are electronically secured in our database and is accessed by our instructor through The Bridge Instructor Portal. We are gradually employing the use of LED lights and rechargable technologies, reducing electrical usage in our facilities by more than 80%. We actively seek partnerships with environmental groups and government agencies in helping build a greener world.

In addition to our commitment to the environment, The Bridge offers yearly scholarship programs in English and other foreign languages. As the leader in end to end communication solutions, we provide recipients to our scholarship program job placements in our partner institutions. We have awarded 78 grants for the program last 2010.
